Book and pay online at least 10 minutes before your start time. Your confirmation email includes an Open Door link, available 10 minutes before your booking until 10 minutes after it ends. Your simulator starts and finishes automatically with your booking. Keep the door locked and only admit people in your group.

The current summer rate is $20 per bay, per hour, plus tax. Members pay $15 per bay, per hour, plus tax. These rates apply every day, 24/7. Your bay accommodates up to four players; you pay for the bay, not per person. Check the booking portal for rates for your selected time.

A maximum of four players can use each bay. Only one person should be in the hitting area at a time. We have four Trackman iO bays for right- and left-handed golfers. Bay 1 has a narrower swing area; golfers over 5 ft 8 in or with a wider swing should consider Bays 2–4. Review the bay notes when booking.

Yes. Bring your own golf clubs; club rentals are not available. Please use all equipment responsibly. Damage resulting from misuse may lead to additional charges.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your tee time for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to seven business days. To reschedule, cancel the original booking and make a new one. Within 24 hours, bookings are final and are not refundable. Manage your booking through your USchedule account or contact booking@mapleindoorgolf.ca for help. Regular bookings open five days ahead. Members can book up to 21 days ahead. Make your booking at least 10 minutes before your start time so the automated facility can prepare for your arrival.

Light food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Keep all food and drinks off the turf and leave the bay clean for the next group. Alcohol, smoking, and vaping are not permitted inside or outside the facility.

Wear suitable golf attire and clean, non-marking athletic shoes. Keep outdoor shoes, cleats, snow boots, and heavy boots off the playing surface.

Yes. You can practise on the range or explore Trackman games and courses at your own pace. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. This is an automated facility, so supervision of children is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

Sign in to your Trackman account on the simulator to keep your session data and pick up where you left off on your next visit. You can use any of our four bays.

Choose from more than 300 virtual courses, use the indoor driving range, or play Trackman games for putting, short game, and long drives. Virtual Golf 3 brings detailed course visuals to your round.
